Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the contractual relationship between 96jili ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") and any individual ("you," "the Player," "User") who accesses, registers for, or otherwise uses the 96jili online casino and betting platform available at https://96jili.cam and any associated subdomains or applications (collectively, "the Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating a player account, making a deposit, participating in any game or promotion, or using any feature of the 96jili service, you confirm that:

Account Registration and Security

3.1 One Account Policy. Each player is entitled to hold one (1) 96jili account at any time. 4.2 Payment Method Ownership. You may only use payment methods that are registered in your own legal name. 96jili strictly prohibits the use of third-party payment methods. Accounts found to be using payment methods registered to another individual will be restricted pending investigation.

By accessing the Platform, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Platform for its intended purpose of personal online gaming. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any Platform software;

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 96jili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, gaming losses, or service interruptions.

96jili makes reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability and accuracy but does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be available continuously, free from interruption, or error-free;
• Any defects or errors in the Platform will be corrected within any specific timeframe;
• The Platform is free from viruses or other harmful components (though 96jili implements industry-standard security measures).

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 96jili's liability for death or personal injury caused by proven negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

Account Suspension and Termination

96jili reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its reasonable discretion in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Violation of the one-account-per-player policy;
• Provision of false registration information or failure to provide requested verification documents;
• At the Player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure;
• Inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months, subject to the Platform's dormant account policy communicated by email or SMS prior to closure.

Upon account closure for any reason, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding compliance or fraud review.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

12.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

12.5 Entire Agreement. These Terms and Conditions, together with the 96jili Privacy Policy and any specific promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 96jili with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or understandings on the same subject matter.
